A restaurant report

Now I’d like to describe one restaurant I’ve recently been to. The purpose of this report is to assess the restaurant in Nizhny Novgorod called La Terrasse which I visited on May holidays with my parents. We decided to have a meal there and now it’s one of our favourite places to dine out. Firstly, this restaurant offers modern European cuisine and there is a wide choice of dishes not only for gourmets but also for vegetarians and fast food lovers.

Most of all I like their salads as they add different fruits such as pears and mangoes. They are quite unusual but very tasty. The desserts are also mouth-watering, so if you are going to cut down on sugar, first try them and start your challenge only then. Moreover, I’m a fan of tea and their tea with berries, honey and ginger is exceptionally good. The coffee is great too but the minus is that you’ll have to wait more than usual until it’s ready. By the way, they can serve freshly squeezed juice made from citrus fruits and even celery for people who consider greens an essential part of their nutrition.

As for the prices, yes, they are high but the quality of the dishes justifies the bill. And if you go to this restaurant, please, be ready to leave a good tip because the waiters are very kind and attentive. The service is fast but, of course, you may need to wait if the dish is difficult to cook. In general I think that the restaurant makes a positive impression on its visitors thanks to chef’s talent, good music and nice details such as beautiful flowers on the tables and cozy decorative pillows on the seats. And the most amazing thing is a panoramic view of the city which can make your evening unforgettable. Actually, I don’t know what I can advise the manager to improve their restaurant, maybe they should add new dishes to the menu. And I hope they will start cooking for takeaway.

To sum up, I can highly recommend you visiting this restaurant as it’s an ideal place for every special occasion.
